Our own beer

A small artisan mountain brewery on the Chäserstatt, noble, brewing for pleasure with passion.

Our own three varieties at a glance.

Rappental

Märzenbier, bottom-fermented

The bottom-fermented yeasts love lots of fermenting and cool temperatures, just like the snow that lies long into the year on the valley floor of the Rappental valley. A strong Märzenbier, rustic, bitter, full-bodied and golden yellow like the evening sun.

Alcohol by vol.: 5.6%
Original wort: 13.5%

Speciality beer ingredients: water, barley, hops, yeast, lots of love and passion.

Galen-Amber

Dark, top-fermented

Amber beers, whose colours vary from amber to dark, are an increasingly popular kind of beer. Strongly malted, slightly hopped and soooo sweet. A beer as beautiful and natural as the view from the Chäserstatt sun terrace.

Alcohol by vol.: 5.2%
Original wort: 12.5%

Speciality beer ingredients: water, barley, hops, yeast, lots of love and passion.
