Chäserstatt focuses more on summer
After nine winters, a special era is coming to an end at Chäserstatt: the current winter season is the last in its current form and will continue until 5 April 2026. Anyone who would like to experience the special winter atmosphere of our hotel once again will have the opportunity to do so in the coming weeks.
From 22 May 2026, we look forward to welcoming you back with a clear focus on summer.

We are your starting point for unforgettable bike adventures at 1,777 metres above sea level. Whether you're travelling by mountain bike or e-bike. Here you can combine sporty days with relaxing nights and genuine mountain cuisine.
Kneipp with a view
Our new Kneipp tub is here - ice-cold water for tired hiking feet in the middle of the mountains. Simply take off your shoes, climb in and enjoy the panorama twice over.
Marble run
Our newly and lovingly designed marble run made of wooden logs - right next to the swing and seesaw. This is the place for playing, marvelling and mumbling! A little paradise for our young guests in the middle of nature.
The Chäserstatt-Team
We are an innovative and dynamic team and have been the hosts at the idyllic Berghaus Chäserstatt since April 2018. We brew our own fresh beer exclusively for our guests - Ernergalenbier. We are also happy to plan special events and much more for you....
With us: Janos Schweizer in the kitchen, Jasmin Seiler and Jessica Vogel in the restaurant and Roman Seiler as head of finance.
