A small, classy, artisanal mountain brewery at Chäserstatt, brewing for joy and with passion.

The outlook, changing natural ambience and the liberating view inspire new spiritual horizons and new ways of solving problems.

Brewed from mountain spring water

We use the highest quality, local mountain water – always the most fundamental element of any beer – in our brewery. Hops of all kinds like soft mountain water: in full dedication to its task and wooed by the soft water, the noble hop unleashes its inexhaustible symphony of aromas. It would be a sin to let it go to waste.

It is an absolute pleasure to indulge in recipes, to discover special ways of creating and to come up with new things. The German purity law is all well and good, and we respect tradition, but when surrounded by this astonishing scenery, why would we limit ourselves?

We always love new creations and of course we include the best of them in our cosy range of beers. If customers decide it tastes nice, it stays.

The sediment from the hops and yeast not only ensures that the carbonic acid is well-distributed but it also contains numerous aromatic substances. This beer is fresh and untreated and is kept cool. Store it and it gets better and better, so the last bottle of a brew is almost always the best.
