Raclette evenings on Wednesday

From 24 May 2026, it’s going to be a real cheese lover’s paradise once again – with authentic Valais raclette cheese or a selection of cheeses from the JUMI cheese dairy. Whether you prefer traditional or creative dishes, there’s something for every cheese lover. All this is accompanied by classic side dishes, good company and a magnificent view of the Valais mountains.

Cordon bleu Festival

Once a month on a Thursday, tender meat meets a delicious filling – at the Chäserstatt Cordon Bleu Festival, it’s anything but boring.

Every second Thursday of the month:
11 June / 16 July / 13 August / 10 September / 8 October 2026

As well as the popular classic, we’ll surprise you each time with two sophisticated special variations. Whether spicy, creative or with a subtle twist – every Cordon bleu fan will find something to their taste here.
